Answer : Yes Bunny Shuttle is registered with the Transport Authority.
Question: When do I pay...At the start of the week or at the End?
Answer: All fees are normally due at start of each ride period. Because ride periods can range from one day all the way up to one month it is less complicated to collect at the start. However, Bunny Shuttle is flexible and endeavours to work with our parents at all times to find a payment schedule that works for individual needs.
Question: What happens if my child is running late?
Answer: Because each pickup affects the next, whenever children are running late it is always best to call at least 30 minutes prior to your pick up time so as to allow the driver to quickly rework pickup schedules. Bunny Shuttle can also offer individual pickups. In this way, if your child is running extremely behind we may be able to deploy a Bunny Shuttle just for you.
