Bunny Shuttle Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Bunny Shuttle Kids Transportation Services will provide scheduled carriage in keeping with the following terms and conditions:


Please note that the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:-

Ø 'Passenger' means the pupils, students, children and any additional person or persons who are permitted by the Duly Authorized Officer to travel.


Ø 'Establishment' means the schools, extracurricular activity centers or any other education units referred to in the Specification requirement.


Ø 'The Company/Service(s)' means Bunny Shuttle Kids Transportation Services.

CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE(S)

1. The Company shall provide transportation to and/or from the designated locations for the agreed upon dates of service and price. Bunny Shuttle, transportation services shall provide safe and reliable transportation services in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable by the Transport Authority of Jamaica and relevant Road Traffic Legislation.

2. All Bunny Shuttles are crewed by a driver that has been thoroughly vetted.

3. All Bunny Shuttles are equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

4. No persons other than pupils indicated in the agreement for transportation shall, at any time, be transported to or from school or any place designated in the agreement without an annexed approved change form being duly signed.

5. The number of pupils transported on any Bunny Shuttle transport will not exceed the number of seats available in the vehicle.

6. Where the Company is specially engaged for field trips or other outings, we will endeavor to in all instances (unless by the request of the institution) provide a vehicle to carry the number of students detailed in the Specification request.

7. The Company endeavors to always be on-time, pick up/drop off time estimates are +/- 10 minutes of scheduled time(s). However, times may slightly change based on traffic flow and weather conditions. Other contingencies like traffic congestions, accidents along the route and other children being late can also cause delays, which are beyond our control. The Company will always endeavor to notify clients of any extraordinary delays to scheduled agreed pickup times.

8. Parents should endeavour to have their children ready for pickup at agreed times. Transports cannot facilitate more than a three to five minute wait time as other clients may be affected.

9. If students are not ready on time (to include grace period) then, transports may have to leave and return for your child or another transport may have to be dispatched (at an additional cost) to pick up your child.

10. If for any reason there will be a delay in your child being ready on time for pickup, parents are required to give the Company at least 30 minutes notice to facilitate rescheduling of pickup.

11. Rules of Conduct:

a) Passengers:- are expected to behave with respect for themselves and others.

i) Fighting, hitting and any form of physical harm/abuse WILL NOT be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the services with the Company.


ii) The use of profanity and/or verbal abuse of fellow passengers or members of staff of the Company WILL NOT be tolerated. Violators will be given a verbal warning and reports made to their parent/guardian. If such behaviour continues after two (2) warnings, this will result in the termination of the service(s) with the Company.


b) Parents/Guardians:- are expected to ensure that their child/ward(s) comply with the Rules of Conduct highlighted in Section 11 (a).


ii) Any form of physical harm/abuse inclusive of but not limited to: fighting, hitting, kicking etc. directed at any passenger(s), parents of passengers or Bunny Shuttle staff WILL NOT be tolerated. This will result in the immediate termination of service(s) with the Company.


iii) The use of profanity and/or verbal abuse of directed at any passenger(s), parents of passengers or Bunny Shuttle staff WILL NOT be tolerated. Violators will be given a verbal warning. If such behaviour continues after two (2) warnings, this will result in the termination of the service(s) with the Company


12. Termination: Agreements are month to month, fortnightly or week to week. Either party can terminate the service at any time.


ii) Termination can also occur whenever a breach of the Rules of Conduct occurs.

Fees

All Fees should be paid in full before service can be begin.
